Lennar Artisan – Townhome Community Driveways

The Lennar Artisan project stands as one of the largest undertakings in our history and a true milestone in our commercial work. Partnering with one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, Lennar Homes, we were awarded the opportunity to install all driveways and parking areas for a new townhome community.‍

Over the course of eighteen months, our team successfully installed more than 67,000 square feet of pavers, all designed with a permeable application to meet durability and drainage requirements.

The system included 6” #4 stone and 4” #57 stone for the base, with up to two inches of #89 stone as bedding. For the surface, we used Belgard Aqualine 4.5” x 9” pavers, featuring the Avondale color on the driveways and Gray-Granite in the community parking areas.‍

This large-scale project not only demonstrates our ability to manage and execute commercial work at the highest level, but it also reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, precision, and lasting partnerships.
